How much does embroidery cost?
Cost is broken-out
into two categories. Setup and actual
embroidery. Minimum Setup for a stock design can
be as low as $12.50. Minimum setup for a custom
design can be as low as $22.50. Setup is a
one-time fee and depends on the quantity of your
initial order. As for the actual embroidery,
price depends on the item you order, i.e. hat,
shirt, jacket…) and quantity. Actual embroidery
of design into customer supplied items can be as
low as $6.00 per embroidery.
Does
it cost more for additional colors?
There is no additional charge for up to
ten different colors.
How
long does it take to have something made?
Seven to Ten working days depending on the
supplied design. Many items take less than 5 days,
especially if design is already available in our
system.
For customer supplied art, we prefer vector art
in Corel Draw (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator (AI)
(EPS) but will accept JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF.
Can I
bring in my own garments or do you supply them?
We supply a wide variety of high end name brand apparel.
As for customer supplied items, we will discuss on a case by case basis. Not
all apparel is made alike and many of the
discount brands were not designed to hold up under the
embroidery process. Due to the differences in
material, the complexity of positioning, and the
possibility of having to adjust design size
and/or colors, we are not be responsible for
embroidery defects; positioning errors and/or
color selection incurred on customer supplied
items.

Yes, we are
registered with eVA and with many city and
counties within the Hampton Roads area. |
